--Linux/Mac--

If you already have a suitable Boost checkout then soft link it into the Boost
folder as 1_39_0. This step is optional -- it will save you some build time and
some disk space, but if you don't do it then the setup script will organise
things for you.

In any case you should run the setup script. This will make sure that the Boost
build is properly up to date and will then build Spruce. Assuming all of the
tests pass you will find the s/w in the dist folder.
